At IG International we pride ourselves on delivering a very high quality service across all of our sites throughout Asia. From our head office in South Korea, through our other offices in Qingdao, Yantai, Dalian, South China, and Vietnam we continue to build a business that is totally focused on strict quality control and sustainability.

Head office

Our head office in South Korea oversees our global network for marketing and sourcing raw materials to supply to our processing plants. It is our busiest site, handling over 50,000 metric tonnes of high quality white fish and other raw materials every year.

Our head office is also our central contact site for all IG customers. From here we liaise with clients from around the world, dealing with procurement, orders and fulfillment. It is a full service operation from raw material to end user’s pack and full customer service from offer to delivery. Locating all of our customer services in one central office means we can offer a higher quality service and react quicker to customer needs.

We also manage our joint business development service from our head office. Here we work closely with customers to help them create new products, investigate markets and help identify potential mutually beneficial opportunities.

Our head office also overseers and manages our financing division which is responsible for all of our client accounts.

Asian offices

IG international has offices which operate across China and Vietnam, which means that we have unparalleled access to local markets, raw materials. It also means we have built up some amazingly experienced and talented teams of people with local knowledge and a keen understanding of the country, location and specific strengths and capabilities. Our local offices give IG our strength to deliver the best in fish and seafood.

Our Asian offices are currently based in Qingdao, Yantai, Dalian, South China and Vietnam. Each one is in contact with head office and the other offices in the group. Each one controls its own control the processing plants allowing ultimate flexibility and allowing them to move very quickly. This means at IG we can meet customers’ requirements quicker and more efficiently whilst also ensuring that quality never suffers.

As well as having some of the best people in the industry running our offices, the processing arms are all run with cutting edge technologies and are accredited to the highest food processing standard. This all means that you can be absolutely sure that when an order is placed with IG it is procured, processed and shipped in the best ways possible.

Our processing facilities are HACCP, BRC, MSC, GAP accredited, or joining FIP’s.
